Can anyone teach this shot from the England Captain Kevin Pieterson. I reckon this would be the best shot in the book.

But honestly... bowlers should be able to counter it. It takes a while to get into position so it is completely pre-meditated. Firing the ball full and wide of what is originally the off stump makes it near impossible to hit in the new position.
And it isn't a reverse slog sweep, it is a conventional left handed slog.

Firing it down what was offstump would be a wide. If the bowler has to indicate when he changes sides the batsmen should indicate when he changes ends.

No it would not be a wide because he is orginally a right hander. He can switch hands during the shot but he cant switch what is off and leg side.
