South Africa's quota policy
the man worst affected i'd have to say is charl langeveldt, when he's selected it's for quota reasons and that wouldn't be very good for him, because you want to get in a team on form, not on the colour of your skin, and now he's lost his SAF contract to Zondeki on quota reasons
just pick your best god damn 11

Wow... I didn't realise they did this.... That is really rediculous. South Africa need to take a look at themselves if this is a system they need to use...

Langeveldt is now retired
sorry my facts were slightly wrong, langeveldt and zondeki are both black
after he refused to join the South African due to the fact he didnt feel right replacing Andre Nel due to quota reasons, Zondeki was given the third call up and only joined to prolong his international career

yep, its the fact that they currently have more strong white players than black, but the government sees it as racist

wat a joke that is the most stupid thing in cricket today. i mean they still have ntini and a few good black players, give black people a go ahead of better white players is stupid and it will cost them eventually.....

well it is, they cut Andre Nel from their squad, which made Charl Langeveldt retire and ergh, then Zondeki came in, who's a fringe player,
also, most of the black people aren't really that black, like they only have to be half black (e.g. Herschelle Gibbs, Charl Langeveldt)
